(If you have already booked a Costa cruise you can pre-order your shore excursions online by the date issued by the system during the reservation process (Must be done at least 7 days before the departure date of the primary port of cruise, which may differ from the passenger's boarding port). Your tickets waiting for you when you board the ship. To order shore excursions online you must be a registered user on this site as well as have your booking number available. Note: Since the room rate changes frequently, the exact price will be guaranteed at the time of making reservation.

Note:

-Reservation should be made 1 month before departure.

-When the agreement is signed, a deposit will be payable,RMB2000/pax.

The balance due will be paid at least 20 days prior to the date of departure. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to the departure date, the full price will be paid at the time when the agreement is signed.

-Cancellation

1)      Cancellation 50 days before departute, 30 AUD per person for administrative costs in the event of withdrawal

2)      Cancellation within 50days before departure, deposit will be charged as the withdrawal

3)      Cancellationo with 30 days before departure. 50% of total price will be charged as the withdrawal

4)      Cancellationo with 15 days before departure. 80% of total price will be charged as the withdrawal

5)  A passenger who withdraws within 7 day of the departure date, fails to turn up in time for departure or withdraws from the voyage after it has begun for any reason will have no right to any reimbursement and will have to pay the price in full.
